Daniela Nunez is a sweet 1 1/2 year old girl from El Salvador who suffers from severe CHD. Prior to her first open-heart surgery in March 2008, Daniela struggled each day for her next breath. Daniela is a happy child who is full of personality and has a much better quality of life following the initial correction on her little heart. Daniela has multiple complex abnormalities and will need to return to the USA for an additional surgery.
