The Music for Heart Foundation is a project of the Rotary Club of the Conejo Valley and Rotary District 5240. We are also an affiliate of Gift of Life International.
MISSION STATEMENT
The mission statement for the Music for Heart Foundation is to help save the lives of children suffering from Congenital Heart Disease who lack access to medical and/or financial resources regardless of race, gender, creed, or other national origin.
